Introduction to GTMI Havruta (3 hours)
Participants will learn about how to effectively cultivate 5C's, the core competencies required for anyone in the future, and about "Harbuta", the Jewish learning method. They will also learn the importance of "Learning Agility" to effectively prepare for the future changes. It is the most popular lecture by GTMI leaders today.
Havruta Essence in One Day (8 hours)
A shortened program to learn and practice the "Havruta", the Jewish learning method, to cultivate the core competences (5C's) necessary for anyone in the future. It also helps organizations transform into a horizontal / participatory organizational culture. It is intended to help both leaders and employees learn the essence of Harvuta easily and apply it at work and home.
GTMI Havruta Regular Program (16 hours)
A regular program to learn and practice the "Havruta", the Jewish learning method, to cultivate the core competences (5C's) necessary for anyone in the future. It also helps organization transform into a horizontal / participatory organizational culture. It is a regular course designed to develop Havruta experts and coaches to practice GTMI Harvuta in their organizations for the training, HR, organization development, or professional instructors / coaches.
