Global Talent Development Program (16 hours)

Assess the global competency level of individuals using the GTMI global  competency list. Develop required global competencies to cultivate the ability to communicate and work effectively as a team with foreign partners. Provide ideas how individual can continue learning to be a successful global leader. 

Introduction to Korean Culture (16 hours)

This program is to help foreign expats to Korea effectively adapt themselves to Korean culture, and lead the Korean organization successfully.
