The mini-MBA course for 2 days that covers the core theories of global management gurus in 4 themes. Participants learn the key management theories and methods that are essential for leaders and cultivate confidence in organization strategy, performance management, and developing organization. It applies Havruta for discussions and engagement.
Action Learning with Havruta (24 hours)
Participants conduct action learning in a short period of time applying Havruta. It is a practical course to solve various management issues while simultaneously learning. Working on the challenging business issues in three days, participants will develop their capability to complete tasks quickly and improve their business skills, and at the same time contributing to business performance.
