Participants conduct action learning in a short period of time applying Havruta. It is a practical course to solve various management issues while simultaneously learning. Working on the challenging business issues in three days, participants will develop their capability to complete tasks quickly and improve their business skills, and at the same time contribute to business performance.

By applying Havruta, each team define the business issue and develop possible solutions with 3 days, and report the result to management. Participants learn how to effectively collaborate with other teams. 

Learn and Apply Action Learning

Learn the Action Learning process and necessary management tools, and apply them in the project works. Participants will learn how to manage project and collaborate with others effectively.  

Develop Solutions for Management Issues

Participants identify management issues and develop possible solutions. Through the Action Learning process, they contribute to the performance of organization while they also learn how to solve complex problems and how to collaborate with others.
